Team Up is looking for a creative, friendly, and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their content creation and marketing skills to support us with managing our different social media channels.
You will be working flexibly in a remote capacity with a small team of staff in a fun and friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Establishing an/or maintaining active social media accounts by posting 1-2 times a week.
- Researching and creating creative content for different social media channels.
- Identifying opportunities to establish relationships with local community groups
- Advertising volunteering opportunities in our programmes and diversifying online presence by interacting with other like-minded organisations on a regular basis
- Identifying target audiences and being up to date with current trends to increase our followers.
- Any other reasonable requests by Line Manager

Team Up is seeking a creative individual with excellent communication and time management skills, and a desire to develop their professional skills within social media and marketing in a voluntary capacity.
Candidates for this role will have the following skills and attributes:
Essential

- Experience of using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn.
- Good written communication skills, with accuracy and good attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and motivated to work as an individual.
- Ability to deal in a professional manner when communicating online.
Desirable
- An interest in charity sector working
- Basic digital photography or graphic design experience will be useful but not necessary.
- Experience using Canva or other marketing design software
