Conservation volunteers

What You'll Do: 

Sutton House are looking to expand the volunteer team that help us to share and care for the oldest house in Hackney.

 

Conservation Volunteers: 

Help to look after our wonderful objects and interiors, so people can enjoy them today and for generations to come. Join the team, assisting with housekeeping and collections care on a weekly basis. 

 

When?

Tuesdays and/or Thursdays (weekly or fortnightly commitment)

Join us for our Volunteer Open Day on the 7th of July at 10.30am to 1.30pm. Either drop in on the day, or book a space for free online to give us an idea of how much tea, coffee and cake to prepare!

What We're Looking For: 

We are especially looking for people who:

· Love conversations - asking questions is just as important as answering them 

· Are eager to learn - history and gardening knowledge not essential 

· Are flexible
