Visitor Support Volunteer

What You'll Do: 

Provide details about the organisation and the facilities at Kensington Palace 

Encourage visitors to engage with the stories of Kensington Palace 

Be aware of and promote the exhibition and visitor offer within Kensington Palace  

Assist visitors taking the accessible route around the Palace and help them use the lifts 

Support the charitable needs of the organisation by providing information and upselling Membership 

Have an understanding about the layout of the palace and location of facilities 

Have an awareness of emergency procedures, e.g. how to call a first aider, evacuation procedures, fire exits and to assist the Operations team as appropriate
