Assist in delivering engaging and inspiring well-being sessions, fostering a healthier and happier community, your support and creating a welcoming
environment, you empower participants to explore different aspects of well-being.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the facilitator in preparing and setting up for well-being sessions.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are available and organised for each session.
- Help to create a supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable to learn and share.
- Encourage participants to engage with each other and build connections through shared experiences.
- Collect feedback from participants to help improve future sessions.

- Effectively assist in sessions and provide valuable support to participants.
- Patience and empathy to support participants of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Good organisational skills to help manage materials and ensure sessions run smoothly.
