Female Admin Volunteer

Provide support smoothly running of activities at the Baytree Centre to benefit women and girls of the local community and to support the administrative work of the Baytree staff.

What You'll Do: 
  • Complete any tasks set by the role supervisor.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures as laid down by the Baytree Centre.
  • Complete volunteer questionnaires and evaluations as required.
  • Reinforce and encourage positive behavior within the centre when necessar

What We're Looking For: 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of working with database systems
  • Highly computer literate, proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office packages including Excel
  • Understanding of how data is used for reporting purposes
  • Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine commitment to the progress of young people
  • Dependability and consistency in meeting time commitments
  • Willingness to communicate regularly with staff and take constructive feedback
  • A positive, friendly, and non-judgemental attitude towards others
  • An ability to handle personal information sensitively and adhere to confidentiality procedures
