Southwark Wellbeing Hub
We provide information and support to anyone living in Southwark who would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We are run by the charity Together for Mental Wellbeing. We are mainly a signposting service and help people to connect to local services in the community to help meet their goals. We aim to take the stress out of finding the right support.
ABOUT US:

We have a range of wellbeing workshops, peer support opportunities, signposting and one-to-one support. We also operate a helpline for residents of southwark and professionals to link people to the correct support in a compassionate, empathetic and person-centred way.

WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:

By connecting people to local services, we empower individuals with the resources needed to find support in the local community. Working alongside individuals who face barriers to accessing signposting support, we also offer 1-1 support from a support worker to help people connect to the services they need.

Through our online directory, we have collected over 800 services that support residents in the borough and are always on the lookout for new services!
