We have a range of wellbeing workshops, peer support opportunities, signposting and one-to-one support. We also operate a helpline for residents of southwark and professionals to link people to the correct support in a compassionate, empathetic and person-centred way.
By connecting people to local services, we empower individuals with the resources needed to find support in the local community. Working alongside individuals who face barriers to accessing signposting support, we also offer 1-1 support from a support worker to help people connect to the services they need.
Through our online directory, we have collected over 800 services that support residents in the borough and are always on the lookout for new services!
We are looking for compassionate and empathetic people with a passion for mental wellbeing. We highly value lived experience.
Most of our volunteering opportunites require at least basic computer literacy.
We are an innovative mental health service. Embracing social prescribing, we seek to be at the forefront of this specialist model of support.
