We have a range of wellbeing workshops, peer support opportunities, signposting and one-to-one support. We also operate a helpline for residents of southwark and professionals to link people to the correct support in a compassionate, empathetic and person-centred way.
By connecting people to local services, we empower individuals with the resources needed to find support in the local community. Working alongside individuals who face barriers to accessing signposting support, we also offer 1-1 support from a support worker to help people connect to the services they need.
Through our online directory, we have collected over 800 services that support residents in the borough and are always on the lookout for new services!

Our Opportunities
We are looking for compassionate, empathetic people with lived experience of mental distress with an interest in supporting others struggling with their wellbeing.
Our workshops and groups provide an opportunity for service users to create community around their interests and passions. As a volunteer you will be supporting service users and Workshop Leaders by chairing these social spaces.
