What You'll Do: 

The purpose of this role is to help clients briefly explain their problems and ask questions to clarify the situation. The Gateway Assessor identifies key information about the problem including time limits, key dates and any need for urgent advice or action. Then assesses the next steps to help the client resolve their problem.

Citizens Advice provides free, independent and impartial advice and information to help people resolve their problems. Last year Citizens Advice Westminster helped nearly 28,000 people resolve crisis over money, benefits, debt, housing, employment or other life challenging problem.
