Client Support Volunteer

What You'll Do:

Client Support Volunteers play a key part in supporting clients to access information or our services, and assisting clients in identifying the best way forward to resolve their issues. They empower clients in accessing digital services using their own devices to reduce reliance on others and become more independent. They engage with clients in office and from community outreach locations. Client Support Volunteers also support the wider teams by carrying out specific administrative tasks. These range from receiving clients and filling simple forms for vulnerable clients, scheduling repeat appointments and sending post to stock control and replenishing of materials to sending reminders, scanning, photocopying and filing.
