Research and Campaigns Volunteer

What You'll Do: 

The purpose of this role is to gather information from advisers on issues which impact negatively on our clients.   Using this evidence you will prepare and send reports to national and local Policy and decision-makers on the work of the organisation and the impact of their services, highlighting the needs of clients.

Citizens Advice provides free, independent and impartial advice and information to help people resolve their problems. Last year Citizens Advice Westminster helped nearly 28,000 people resolve a crisis over money, benefits, debt, housing, employment or other life challenging problem.
