Galapagos Day 2022 Volunteer

What You'll Do: 

Working directly with the Fundraising and Communications Team and the Operations Team, your tasks will include assisting in all aspects of the planning of Galapagos Day:

 

  • Researching and contacting potential audiences to boost attendance
  • Event administration
  • Designing and ordering prints for our photography display
  • Supporting the running of our raffle
  • Logistical support for the event
  • Volunteering at the event
What We're Looking For: 

 

  • Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT and database skills
  • An enthusiastic and collaborative member of the team who can handle a varied workload, is keen to learn and has a passion for conservation

 

The successful candidate should be available to volunteer with us at least one day a week in the lead up to Galapagos Day in our office in central London, and ideally for the week of the event 17-21 October.

 

This is an unpaid position, but we can cover travel and lunch expenses up to £10 per day.
