In order to be able to recruit, train and retain suitable volunteers in a sector which requires the highest levels of safeguarding and confidentiality, Migdal Emunah is looking for a Skilled Volunteer to support in setting up the policies, procedures, risk assessments, job descriptions and other documents needed to run a volunteer department safely and effectively. By having a functioning volunteer department, the charity will be able to take on more projects, help more people, and raise more money.
Link UP London links Skilled Volunteers with Social Good Organisations (SGOs) across London. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. The time commitment above will be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
This project will allow you to help build the long-term capacity of the organisation. By having a functioning volunteer department, the charity will be able to take on more projects, help more people, and raise more money.
