Stewarding St Mary le Strand Church

What You'll Do:

You'll talk to a variety of different people, help inform them about this historical building.   Some may wish to chat or be given a short tour, others will come for peace & quiet.

Why You'll Love It:

There’s always something going on and interesting people to meet. You'll feel helpful & increasingly more knowledgeable.  The pedestrianisation of East Strand is about to be launched, it’s very exciting being at the beginning of something new and being able to pool ideas.

What You'll Learn:

The history of the Church, how to interact with a wide variety of people, many from different parts of the world. Develop communication and people skills and gain confidence.

What We're Looking For:

People who are friendly and welcoming to whoever comes into the church, for whatever reason, flexibility, interest in the history of the Church and its proposed restoration within the newly pedestrianisation of the East Strand.
