Workshop Chair

What You'll Do:

You will attend workshops and keep the space safe and be a point of contact for service users who need support during sessions. You will keep a register of attendees and a monitoring form and will send these to our workshop coordinator after every session. You will escalate any risk or incidents that occur during sessions.

Why You'll Love It:

If you love group work and have a passion and interest in mental health our workshops might be for you!

We have a range of workshops including yoga, self-compassion and mindfulness and creative writing.

What You'll Learn:

You will learn about key group facilitation skills and mental health and wellbeing more generally. You will learn how to respond to group situations calmly and with confidence. You will be supportive by a friendly, empathetic and energetic group of people.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for compassionate, empathetic people with an interest in group work and mental health. We also highly value lived experience of mental distress.
