Volunteering with the Scouts as a Games Councillor and Badge Facilitator.

What You'll Do:

Deliver games

Write programmes

Deliver skills sessions linked to badges

Group management

Gain experience of working with young people

Why You'll Love It:

It’s fun, it’s exciting, it’s engaging and most of all you are helping to shape the next generation providing them with the skills for life that they need to succeed both physically and mentally.

What You'll Learn:

You will learn the softer skills of how to manage and look after young people in a controlled environment.

You'll also have the opportunity to learn new skills including First Aid, group management and organising events.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for keen and enthusiastic students who not necessarily have scouting experience but who are willing to give up a small amount of time each week to help young people.
