As a shop volunteer you will be on hand to support our shop team and staff to price goods, serve customers and answer queries. We are also looking for volunteers to operate our mobile shop (trolley service) to patients and staff around the hospital.
As a Friends volunteer you will be able to provide small, but kind actions that go a long way for those living with eye conditions/visual impairment.
It'll give you a great sense of purpose and will give you experience and skills that can be transferred into any career path.
You will learn a lot including interpersonal skills, and will gain experience of a hospital-setting.
We are looking for patient, calm and empathetic volunteers who are willing to support our patients.
