in - Disney October holiday workshop for children and young people with SEND

We are doing an arts based holiday workshop for children and young people with SEND with a timetable of activities including art, drama, dance, music by qualified staff. The theme is frozen for our 3 - 10 group and beauty and the beast for our 11 - 2

What You'll Do: 

Volunteers will do a range of duties including setting up in the morning, clearing up after activities, joining in the sessions and supporting the children and young people. There will also be a performance on the final day. 

Why You'll Love It: 

This is a great chance to release your inner child. it is also great fun and incredibly moving seeing children some of whom have complex needs able to join in, access the arts and perform at the end with everyone support.

What You'll Learn: 

That children and young people with SEND are incredibly funny and talented and have gifts. You will learn how to work in a team and support children with SEND. You will also learn how the arts benefits people with SEND. 

What We're Looking For: 

We are looking for caring, commited people who are enthuastic. experience with send is also a plus but not essential.
