- Assist the facilitator in preparing and setting up for sessions.
- Provide one-on-one support to participants, helping them navigate online courses and use the laptops effectively.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are available and organised for each session.
- Help to create wa supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable to study and ask questions.
- Encourage participants to engage ith each other and share knowledge and resources.
- Collect feedback from participants to help improve future sessions.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of online learning platforms and digital literacy, with the ability to assist others and demonstrate usage clearly.
- Patience and empathy to support participants of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Good organisational skills to help manage materials and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Effective communication skills to convey instructions clearly and provide constructive feedback
