What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one support to participants, helping them with basic laptop and smartphone functions.
- Help to create a supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable to learn and ask questions.
- Encourage participants to engage with each other and share tips and experiences.
- Collect feedback from participants to help improve future sessions.
What We're Looking For:
- Basic to advanced knowledge of laptops and smartphones, with the ability to assist others and demonstrate functions clearly.
- Patience and empathy to support participants of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Good organisational skills to help manage materials and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Effective communication skills to convey instructions clearly and provide constructive feedback
