Female Support Assistant for IT Course for the Women Service

What You'll Do: 
  • Provide one-on-one support to participants, helping them with basic laptop and smartphone functions.
  • Help to create a supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable to learn and ask questions.
  • Encourage participants to engage with each other and share tips and experiences.
  • Collect feedback from participants to help improve future sessions.
What We're Looking For: 
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of laptops and smartphones, with the ability to assist others and demonstrate functions clearly.
  • Patience and empathy to support participants of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
  • Good organisational skills to help manage materials and ensure sessions run smoothly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Effective communication skills to convey instructions clearly and provide constructive feedback
