- Expertise or experience in one or more well-being domains, such as mindfulness, creative arts, physical fitness, etc., to effectively lead workshops and provide valuable insights to participants.
- Strong facilitation skills to engage participants, encourage participation, and create a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Empathy and compassion to understand the diverse needs and experiences of participants, fostering inclusivity and understanding in the workshop setting.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly, facilitate discussions, and address participant questions or concerns.
