Fostering a positive learning environment and facilitating the educational journey of students. Contribute to improving the learning experiences of ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and Literacy students.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the teaching team to assist in ESOL and Literacy classes, ensuring smooth running of lesson plans.
- Provide classroom support, identify students who may need extra help and offer assistance accordingly. Communicative effectively with the teacher to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Reinforce positive behaviour, acknowledge and praise positive behaviour, provide recognition, to motivate students.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both students and educators, fostering positive relationships and facilitating learning.
- Empathy and patience to support students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in the classroom.
- Adaptability and willingness to collaborate as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in fulfilling various responsibilities to meet the needs of the learning environment.
