Provide one-to-one support and guidance to girls aged 10-18 who may be struggling with their academics. By offering academic support in subjects such as Maths, English, and Science, We offer sessions face to face and online.
- Provide one-to-one academic support to girls aged 10-18, focusing on subjects where they may be falling behind, including Maths, English, and Science.
- Act as a role model, inspiring and encouraging mentees to excel academically and pursue their educational goals with enthusiasm and determination.
- Assist mentees in setting and achieving academic milestones, fostering a sense of accomplishment and progress.
- Foster personal development, following our Character Development Framework, by providing guidance on goal setting, time management, study skills, and confidencebuilding techniques.
- Maintain regular communication with your mentee and programme coordinators
- Good academic background with GSCE or degree-level education, particularly in Maths, English, and Science, to provide competent academic support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with mentees, creating a supportive and encouraging environment for learning.
- Patience and empathy to understand the challenges faced by mentees and provide.
