  2. Provide Event Information: Offer information about the market event, including event timings, special attractions, and any unique features of the day.
  3. Answer Visitors' Questions: Be prepared to answer a wide range of questions from visitors, including inquiries about the market, local landmarks, and amenities.
  4. Signpost Visitors: Assist visitors in navigating the festival site, providing directions to specific stalls, shops, or attractions within the market area.
  5. Distribute Festival Materials: Distribute festival programs and maps to help visitors make the most of their experience and stay informed about event highlights.
  6. Offer Travel and Attraction Information: Provide information on transportation options and nearby attractions to help visitors plan their day effectively.
  7. Collaborate in a Supportive Team: Work collaboratively with your Information Supervisor and fellow Market Ambassadors to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Why You'll Love It:

Kensington and Chelsea is a place where everyone is able to volunteer, to contribute to the community and their own wellbeing. That is why this programme is flexible, to allow every member of the community to get involved. So, if you are passionate about celebrating the diverse beauty of the borough, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Learn:

Build Lifelong Friendships: Imagine being part of a dynamic, friendly team, working together to make our community even better. As a Volunteer Ambassador, you'll not only help others but also have the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with like-minded individuals. No more feeling isolated – join our vibrant community today!

Overcome Social Anxiety: We understand that social anxiety can be challenging to conquer, but our program is designed to help you break those barriers in a supportive and encouraging environment. By volunteering with us, you'll gradually build confidence, develop communication skills, and find a new level of comfort in social situations.

Training and Support: We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the information you need about the market and the community. Don't worry; you'll be well-prepared for your role. Plus, ongoing support is always just a message away.

Explore Your Community: Kensington and Chelsea are brimming with history, culture, and local events. As an Ambassador, you'll have the privilege of sharing your knowledge with others, guiding them to discover the hidden gems and treasures of our beautiful borough.
