Administrative Assistant Volunteer

We are seeking a volunteer administrator to support our community-focused mental health charity, located in the heart of London - 1 day a week, or for 2 half days.

What You'll Do: 
  • Assist with answering enquiries by phone, letter or in person from clients, counsellors, supervisors, referrers.
  • Updating WCC’s Lamplight database, including adding new referrals and entering assessment and attendance data and PHQ9/GAD7 scores.
  • Assist with ensuring the smooth running of WCC, e.g. supplying counsellors with relevant paperwork; ensuring that supplies of stationery, refreshments, stamps, keys are maintained.
  • Other administrative tasks including filing, scanning and shredding.
  • Depending on the skills and experience of the volunteer there is also the possibility of supporting the social media and communications of the charity.
