- Welcome and greet visitors
- Share information and answer questions
- Give directions within the building and Covent Garden area
- Accompany tour groups to ensure they stay together during their visit
- Help to manage queues and spaces at busy times
- Assist Front of House staff in keeping everyone safe
- Flexible schedule to fit around your studies
- Meeting people from all walks of life
- Seeing behind the scenes of an exciting creative arts venue
- Working as part of a team
- Learning more about ballet, opera, dance, classical music, and theatre
- Gaining experience and skills in customer service and communication
Additional benefits of volunteering include:
- Claim travel expenses (up to £13.50 a day) and refreshments up to £4 (if volunteering for more than 4 hours)

Please note:
- We're looking for people who can volunteer 2 to 4 sessions per month.
- Sessions last 1.5 to 4.5 hours and take place on mornings, afternoons and evenings from Monday to Sunday.
- You must be available to attend an induction day in person on Sunday 5 November, 10:00-17:00.
