Social Media Volunteer
This role will suite someone with strong, creative communication skills.

What You'll Do: 

As a Social Media Volunteer, we would like you to be able to:

  • Have experience of using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • Aim to maximise engagement and raise awareness of Create Space Visual Design.
  • Assess our current social media presence and recommend how to improve and where to focus our efforts.
  • Produce fresh, creative, and engaging content for our social media channels.
  • Prepare graphics for sharing across channels.
  • Establish, manage and maintain social media channels on a regular basis.
  • Developing other potential social media channels i.e. Pinterest..
  • Thinking of innovative ways to drive online engagement.
  • Prepare graphics for sharing across channels.
  • Engage with our followers and encourage interaction.
  • Identifying target audiences and being up to date with current trends.
  • Identifying opportunities to establish relationships with local community groups
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and motivated to work as an individual.
  • Ability to deal in a professional manner when communicating online.

​​​Create Space Visual Design supports mental health recovery. The studio is part of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Service at Blackfriars Settlement.Our design team consists of people with experience of mental health issues.  They are helped with mental health support, design training, improved confidence and work experience in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We believe in inspiring creativity and making a positive difference to mental health through design.We work with some great clients from local businesses all the way up to The NHS. We provide them with professional, original, creative high quality designs. No matter the job or deadline.

What We're Looking For:

•  Self motivated and able to use iniative.
